Feature Films
Walking Against The RainWalking Against The Rain is Crossroad Pictures' debut feature film, and tells the story of two strangers, Tommy and Blair, who are navigating their way across a barren landscape in a desperate attempt to find each other -- with their only form of communication being two soon-to-die battery-operated radio mics.
With a new evil in the shape of 'The Forsaken' tracking them down, they must learn to confront loss and rediscover a trust in humanity. Not just another post-apocalyptic film, Walking Against The Rain is an exploration into how people accept change and loss in different ways. And how, in this lightening-paced technological age, we take human interaction for granted. The film is currently on its festival run, having world-premiered at the legendary Frightfest London in August 2022. It has since been shown at the Nightmares Film Festival in Ohio (where it picked up the much-coveted "Best Overall Film" award), The Trieste Science + Fiction Film Festival, and more around the globe. Santa’s Little Helper is both a parent’s best friend - and their worst nightmare. A cute way to see in the Christmas season, Santa’s Little Helper is a festive gnome that sits around your house, watching over your kids and ensuring they behave… Or else risk being put on Santa’s naughty list. It's inspired by the “Elf on the Shelf” craze, and the lengths that not just kids - but even their parents - have to go to these days to be “good” at Christmas. The film is now in post production, with a festival run planned for late 2024 |
